Bomb Farm Updates

Launch notes, seasonal talk, and what the 21 achievements actually imply.

Patch Updates Hub

Bomb Farm went live on Steam on 28 August 2026 at 19:00 BRT after an alpha and a beta with wiped accounts. This hub is the changelog shelf. Child pages cover the launch window, the first live Steam news card Marketplace Open, and how seasons might land. Systems guides stay in Guides. When Stream On ships a character or a mailbox surprise, it should show up here first, then leak into Heroes.

This is an unofficial wiki. We do not paste every Steam news HTML blob. We translate the bits that change how you play Battle, House, Ritual, or Market.

What we treat as an update

  • A store news post that changes numbers, worlds, or policy.
  • A new hero that Discord voted in.
  • A Market rule, especially anything about multi-account abuse.
  • A season start, reset, or ranking board.
  • Achievement or difficulty changes.

Mailbox cosmetics that do not touch power get a sentence, not a new bible.

Launch snapshot

At launch the store listed free-to-play, single-player, Steam Achievements (21), in-app purchases, Steam Cloud, Family Sharing, a BombFarm account link, and English plus Portuguese (Brazil), Spanish, and Simplified Chinese. Tags on the page include idle, incremental, auto battler, and economy. Hardware is a light Godot client; see system requirements.

Highlighted achievements at launch included Beat the Clock, Easy Cleared, Normal Cleared, Hard Cleared, Very Hard Cleared, Inferno Cleared, Living Legend, Myth, Ceiling, and Full Ritual. Those names confirm the five-star Map and tell you Ritual is not a side toy.

The first live Steam news card after that store list is Marketplace Open: a temporary all-player Market window. Update the client, list overflow only, and do not treat the tab as a permanent job. Stream On already said access is temporary, then the previous phase returns.

How to read a patch without panicking

If a patch buffs Attackers, your farm dock is still a farm dock. If a patch adds House slots, that is a bigger deal than a 2% tooltip. If a patch mentions Market, read it twice and then read Steam Market. If a patch mentions energy, your rotation notes just became homework.

Do not rebuild the skill tree on rumor. Screenshot first. Spend after you feel the bottleneck in Battle.

Where official words live

  • Steam news hub for app 4892010
  • Steam discussions
  • Developer posts from Stream On / @bombherox / @bombfarmx
  • Discord used during key drops and character votes

If those sources disagree with a wiki page, the client tooltip still wins. Then we fix the wiki.

Roadmap humility

Pre-launch posts talked about UI polish, a healthy Market, and extra characters. That is a direction, not a dated itinerary. The seasons page explains how we will treat a reset if one arrives, and how we will treat the game if one does not.

Until a numbered patch lands, play the loop in How to Play and assume launch rules. The Map will not vanish overnight. Crystal Abyss is still a mountain.

When you file a mental bug — “Inferno is required” or “you must buy crystals” — check this hub. Most of those sentences are player anxiety, not patch notes.
